June Card Class at CP2: Part 3

Good Morning! Today I am sharing the third card I will be teaching at CP2 on June 5th. This is another image by B Line Designs and I love it! It looks like an old photo, but the 4th cowgirl from the left reminds me of my grandmother. Mom, what do you think?

I didn't want to add too much color to the image so I pulled all of my super soft Copic shades and just added a bit of color here and there. The goal was to ever so slightly transform it from a plain black and white stamped image, but not overpower with lots of bright colors. It was harder than you might think. I also put it back in the Nestie die and rimmed the edges with lots of Antique Linen and Vintage Photo Distress Inks, and I couldn't resist adding a touch of glitter glue around the edge. I tucked a piece of lace around one corner and added a few flowers and gems for good measure. The inside reads, "Yippee ti yi yo, get along little doggies".

That rounds out my June 5th class, but I have another scheduled June 26th so I better get busy on those samples, as well. Come back tomorrow and maybe I'll have one ready to post. Cross your fingers for me ;D
