Blog Asthetics

I just spent an hour and a half worrying over the background color of my blog and another 20 minutes struggling with fonts. Does it really make a difference? Is anyone really going to ever look at this besides me?

To Blog Or Not To Blog...

I have never blogged (is that a verb?) before so please forgive me if this is awkward or I have broken some sort of blogging etiquette.  I suppose all of that comes with time.  So why am I doing this?  I don't really know...all of the cool kids are doing it and I have always been a sucker for peer pressure.  I suppose I'll just let this blog develop organically and see what happens.  Wish me luck!
