Hello, everyone! I hope your weekend has been stellar! First of all, a big crafty hug and huge "thank you" to the folks who attended my Valentine's Day card class at China Phoenix 2 yesterday. I had 14 people attend and for a good bit I was in a panic when it appeared that I didn't have enough kits, because I forgot to put someone's name on the class list (Hi, Denise ;D)! BUT, with some juggling and a big favor from my friends, Alex and Debbie, I was able to make it all work out. Phew! That's the sound of me breathing a sigh of relief and wiping the sweat from my brow...LOL! Class was so much fun, because I was able to spend the day with some of the wonderful folks who regularly attend my classes, plus I made a lot of new stamping buddies, too ;D I hope you all will join me again sometime. I am so lucky to have met so many talented and friendly crafters through China Phoenix 2.
Do you wanna hear about the new challenge over at Kenny K's Krafty Girlz blog? It's a good one! This week's challenge is a sketch, which means half of the work has already been done for you. These are my favorite challenges, because that means I only have to color an image, pick out some fab paper, and add 2 or 3 fun embellishments. It couldn't be any easier. Plus, there are amazing prizes to be had. Enter your card featuring a Kenny K image and you could be randomly selected to win the following prizes. Someone has to win. Why not you?
A $25.00 gift voucher from Bizzy Becs.
AND...your choice of 5 digital images from Kenny K Downloads.
Not sure about digital images? Not a problem. Kenny K puts a monthly freebie in his shop and it is yours for the taking. This month's freebie is a real cutie and perfect for all those Valentine's Day cards that are sitting on your "to do" list. Head to the Kenny K Download site to check it out. By the way, there's a new release of images scheduled for next Sunday and you are going to flip when you see these!
My super talented design team mates have created some amazing cards to get your creative juices flowing, so head to the Kenny K's Krafty Girlz Challenge blog to check them out. You do not want to miss these!
Well, that's all for now. Thanks for joining me today! Have a wonderful Sunday and see you next week! Stay crafty ;D

ReplyDeleteLOL, Denise!!! I felt horrible about the mix up. I too, am glad that my friends agreed to share a kit ;D They were so funny, because later in the day, they kept telling me that there was no way that they could have completed 2 cards each, on their own. Your cards turned out great! Sorry we didn't get a chance to chat about cardmaking after class. Next time, for sure ;D
