Another rosette card?

Hey, all! It's finally the weekend! Hopefully good things are in store for everyone. I decided to make a card with the rosette I featured yesterday. I love these elegant ladies by B-Line Designs. They are beautiful and so easy to color. Lots of details in the image, so it practically acts like a road map for laying down colors. It couldn't be easier. I also broke out a new die I have called Large Scallops by Sizzix. I have seen these scallops on cards all over the Internet and finally tracked down the source of all this fabulousness. The scallop and the rosette was all I really needed to finish this card off.

I am going to keep this post short as my goal was to make it to bed before midnight and I am already 15 minutes over. See you on Sunday with a new Kenny K. challenge!

  5. This is gorgeous. I love B-Line stamps and don't have any because the selection is too good! :D

You did a smashing job coloring the image. I love the colors you chose.

Hmmm. Do I spy a Boxer flower? Why yes, yes I do! Gorgeousness. I love the flower on top of the rosette and the gem crowning it all. Those scallops are fabulous. I don't believe I've seen that anywhere yet.

I do love the combination of patterns you used, especially the sheet music paper. You do have a knack for wonderful layering.

I could go on and on about your fabulousness, but I won't. :D
