Blog Hoppin' with the Bombshells

Hello and welcome to the June blog hop over at Bombshell Stamps! Our fabulous Blog Mistress, Kas, has dubbed this the Boy Toy hop. Here's what Kas has to say:
Time for being hot...it's summer!
So what's the deal with a "Boy Toy" bloghop.
Well, it's dedicated to the men in our lives.
Doesn't have to be a boyfriend or husband..... maybe a soldier, a father, or just a masculine theme or card.

For my card I opted to use the Vintage Raceway set. This is the first of the car sets that I have picked up, but I can tell that I'm going to need more. A whole lot more! I kept my card fairly simple and completely refrained from adding any flowers, gems, or ribbons. Check me out! Gettin' my masculine groove on...lol ;D I did add some glitter glue to the banner and around the edge of the main image panel. Hey! I got to add a little pizzazz somewhere!

Swing by the Bombshell store to check out all of the other awesome stamps available. Pick a set, or two, or three and join the hop next month. The hop happens the last Wednesday of each month and is open to everyone! Visit the Bombshell Winners Circle forum for all the deets. Speaking of winners...hit all the blogs on the hop and show a little love by leaving a comment on each blog. With every comment you leave, you increase your chances of winning a sweet little prize package! Well, don't just sit there! Get to hopping!

  5. LOVE this, Cheryl! You are the most awesome at making glitter manly! LOL!! (Actually, my hubby, who couldn't care less about crafting, often peers over my shoulder when I have your blog up; he's a big fan of your work, although he TOTALLY denies peeking when I bust him doing it. Too funny!)

  10. Wow! This is so different from the images you usually do, with the "Bombshell" stamps! Great choice, and great card! A set of these beauties would make a wonderful gift for framing!

  12. Ah. You're the last stop my hop! I saved the best for last. Woo-hoo!

The coloring on your car is absolutely fan-freakin'-tastic. The shading makes it look totally dimensional and almost photo-realistic.

I love that you added some glitter to the card. Men like sparkly stuff too.

Great design, great embellishments, great coloring. Fabulousness abounds. Yep.
